Highest Data Plug is a digital platform operated by Poku Asare Ventures. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Service Delivery
Our system is automated to deliver data bundles immediately upon successful payment. However, delivery is subject to telecommunication network availability in Ghana (MTN, Telecel, AT).
3. User Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number. Poku Asare Ventures is not liable for data sent to an incorrect number provided by the user.
4. Refund Policy
Failed Transactions: If your payment is successful but data is not delivered due to a system error, please contact Support immediately. We will fulfill the order manually or issue a refund.
Completed Transactions: Once data has been successfully delivered to the number provided, the sale is final and non-refundable.
